Everybody at Rhenus Home Delivery would like to thank you for your patience and support throughout the Corona Virus pandemic, which has been a challenging time for everyone. Although Rhenus Home Delivery has been delivering throughout we have had to allow for the safety of your customers, our staff and the essential restrictions from the government.

Covid-19 Symptoms
To protect our driver teams and other customers, we kindly ask all customers who are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms to report this to our customer service team as soon as possible.

PPE and Face Covering in the home
Whilst we advise all our crews to wear face coverings, it is not always possible to do so whilst carrying large ticket items. The official Government guidelines states that it is not beneficial to wear PPE or face coverings when entering into customers’ homes, all our delivery teams have been told to sanitise before they enter the property and after they leave. We also advise all consumers to sanitise their property and ensure the best possible ventilation, including opening doors and windows prior to our arrival. The Government guidance also states that the best possible protection to prevent the spread of infection is through social distancing in the home.

Delivery Procedure in your home
Your delivery driver will call you to let you know that the team is on their way, once they have, please make sure that the pathway to the room of choice is clear from obstacles. The delivery team will knock on your door then step back to allow for social distancing. Please give them clear instructions to where you would like your products taking, once the instructions are understood the delivery crew will ask you to step into another room to avoid contact and to allow the team to deliver the product. As per the guidelines of the government, the best way to prevent the spread of infection is to follow social distancing rules by staying at least 2 metres from the delivery team at all times.
